Nail polish at the moment and loving it!

Hello Ladies, I really love this china glaze called for audrey

I know you've seen people wear but I just want to share my thoughts on this nail polish.I really love china glaze nail lacquers coz they don't make my nails yellow after i take them off. I use 2 coats of for audrey then apply 1 coat of sally hansen diamond strength no chip nail color which makes the color so smooth and on top of that I use Seche Vite dry fast top coat then i am good to go in 1 minute.Im very impress on how fast it dries up. Amazing products.I've had this nail polish since last year but it took me a while to make a review or brag about how i a love this nail polish.Thanks ladies! i will be posting again very soon.

My first impression on Fabletics.com

First thing first I got this whole outfit for FREE! I got an invite from Justfab.com to get a free outfit from Fabletics. Fabletics is a membership program just like justfab. If you are familiar with justfab then you know it. Its like justfab all over again, this is a monthly membership $39.95, and because its free I decided to give it a try. I did for two months then I cancelled. But here is my first one!

Here is the package when I got it from the mail. It came really fast which is good .

Here is the shorts that I got.its called the Suva run short. It's super lightweight and has good stitching quality in short it's very well made. So I'm pretty much impress. According to Fabletics the short features super lightweight , %100 polyester design, moisture wicking for dryness, and breathable internal lining . The short is really nice but it's a little expensive. For the shorts only is $29.95 but if you are a VIP member which 

Here Is the top. It is very soft and again very good quality. I'm impress. But for me I think it's a little on the expensive side. below is the headband, it is nice and soft and good quality.

Dark Circles - Causes and Treatment options for Dark Circles


Dark circles are mainly found around the eyes and they are also known as "bags under the eyes". The bluish,purpleish color above or around the eyes make the eyes appear black. As the skin around the eye is very thin, it will darken earlier than the rest of the face.


The possible causes of dark circles are as:

1. The deficiency of vitamin K in the diet, is the main factor of causing dark circles.
2. Insufficient iron, which causes the anaemia, is also responsible for dark circles.
3. Any abnormalities in the adrenal gland, can lead to the disorder of dark circles because adrenal glands are associated with the stress, which inturn may cause dark circles.
4. Insomnia is the main cause of dark circles.
5. A family history of dark circles, increases the chances to get affected by dark circles.
6. The dark circles are more common in the aged peoples because skin covering the eyelids thins out as old age.
7. Allergies are often the blame for dark circles.
8. Fatigue and lack of sleep, are the main causes of the dark circles.
9. Smoking, increases the chances of dark circles.

Some Treatment options and Tips for Preventing Dark Circles from occuring further :

1. Apply concealer to the darkened areas. If the circles under your eyes tend to be very purple, use concealer with a yellowish tone or use 2 shades lighter than your skintone.
2. Powder the area under your eyes with very fine translucent powder to set the corrective concealer.
3. Ascorbic acid, that contains bioflavinoids is very effective to keep healthy eyes.
4. Grapeseed oil is an antioxidant that has been found effective for reducing eyestrain.
5. Try to avoid the caffeine, because they promotes water retention and lead to the dryness of the eye.
6. Dark circles, may be prevented by applying cold cucumber slices over the closed eyelids.(freeze the cucumber for at least 30mins for more soothing effect) 
7. Eat a green leaf vegetables daily.

Hope you like this blog post! I thought I would share some stuff that I read on the book. And I have tried this already eventhough I dont really have that dark circle around my eyes I only have baggy eyes.

Naked is a very pretty color. I have a NC35-40 skin color and it works out for me.

I only wear it when i go out on a date with my hubby or go to a party. Its so expensive that's why 

 I don't wear it often. I am surprise that this lipstick stays on my lips pretty darn good when i use it. easy to apply I don't even use lip liner and it doesn't bleed. It's like lipstick and lip gloss in one. 

Pros: very creamy

pigmented

non drying

shiny

good staying power

no old lady lipstick smell

Cons: expensive

lipstick tube is a little heavy for me

i want all the colors

I give this lipstick an A
